How Do I Add or Change My VAT Number?

If you have already ordered, sorry our web store doesn't allow us to modify the VAT details for existing orders. If you have just ordered and you haven't yet received a shipping notification from UPS we might be able to cancel your order and you re-order with the correct VAT information. Please note our payment provider takes up to 7 working days to refund to your card. Also, the delay in re-ordering might cause your order to miss the UPS pickup and be sent a working day later.

The VAT number is stored against the order, not the account. This is because the web store needs to validate each order against the VIES https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/ at the time of the order. When you next order, create a new address details including the VAT number.
