All orders are sent via some form of signed delivery. This is very reliable.
Just about every query we receive regarding UK delivery results in the the situation where goods have already been delivered but went astray at a reception or post room. We send the same or next working day so if you are enquiring after a few days then it's very likely it has been received. If you still think it hasn't been received then submit a support ticket and we will send you the tracking number.
