Shipments containing lithium batteries require a 'dangerous goods' courier account and need to be packed and labelled according to specific couriers' requirements. Our web store also automatically includes shipping that can't be turned off on on a case by case basis. Hence, we only send using our own UPS courier account.
We have negotiated advantageous rates with UPS such that it's unlikely that the shipping rates we charge will be that different to those provided through your courier account.
