What Happens If I Refuse Delivery Of An International Order?

Solution

Goods are supplied Delivered At Place Arrival Point (DAP) which means you are responsible for any taxes, duty and fees applicable when the goods enter your country. If you refuse delivery then the courier will either destroy your shipment or return it to us and charge us for the return delivery.

If the goods are destroyed then there will be no refund. Returned goods are processed as per our terms and conditions. The return shipping cost, re-import VAT, courier disbursement and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your original payment to form the refund amount.
