We aim to reply to support tickets and subsequent replies to support tickets within 24hrs. In most cases, during UK business hours (Monday to Friday), we reply much quicker.
If you haven't heard from us within 24hrs it's very likely the ticket email notification is in your spam box or the notification email has been lost. You can retrieve a ticket using the ticket id and your email address. The ticket id is in the initial support ticket confirmation email you should have received. If you didn't receive this email, it's most likely your email server is rejecting our emails and you almost certainly also won't have received our answer to your enquiry. If you think this is the case, please submit a new support ticket but this time make a note of the new ticket id so that it can be retrieved later. Also double check you use your correct email address.
